1    A set of clear policies is spelled out to guide the staff towards realizing the school's objectives.
2 The infrastructural development and maintenance, beautification of the school compound and upgrading of teaching aids are continuously carried out.
3 Each Subject Panel and Unit has an Action Plan which deals with issues and weaknesses so that the school's progress can be continuously improved according to plan.
4 To ensure that the process of implementation is carried out according to plan, regular monitoring is carried out.
5 A review of the action Plan is carried out in the middle of the year during the staff meeting.
6 At the end of the year, an evaluation of each Action Plan on the progress of the school's performance is reported in the staff meeting.
